1. How to book excursions?
You can book excursions via WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram.
You can also submit a request on this website by filling out the special form above or simply send a message to our email: guest.orion.tourism@gmail.com.
2. What information is required for booking excursions?
To book excursions, the following details are needed:

Full name of the hotel and room number

First and last name under which the hotel room is booked

Contact number on WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram

Excursions, desired dates of visit, or period of stay in the UAE

Number of adults and children, including the ages of children
3. How can excursions be paid for?

Payment for all excursions is accepted in cash in USD or AED at the rate of 3.65 AED per 1 USD.

Excursions, unless listed below, can be booked without prepayment. Payment for these excursions is made directly to the guide on the day of the excursion.

The following excursions require 100% prepayment:
helicopter tour, La Perle show, Safari Park, horseback riding, yacht rental, New Year’s cruise, tickets.
4. I don’t have a room number yet
If you don’t yet have a room number (i.e., you haven’t checked into your hotel yet), you can provide it after check-in.
5. Why is the room number needed?
The room number is needed so that the guide can always contact you during the excursion pickup. If your room number or hotel changes, you must inform your manager via WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram.
6. Will I be picked up from the hotel and brought back after the excursion?
Yes, for every excursion we pick you up from your hotel and bring you back, provided you are staying in a hotel in Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman.
Pick-up is only possible from hotels.
7. If I’m not staying in a hotel, will I still be picked up for the excursion?
If you are staying in apartments or a villa, you will need to come to a hotel agreed upon with us in advance. For the Safari tour or a private tour, we can arrange pick-up directly from your accommodation by prior agreement.
